Welcome to Paul Wilhelm Studio, where we are committed to bringing the gift of music to our community.

I have a passion for imparting the love of music to others through teaching them the art of playing piano. Learning piano enhances the mind and the spirit, and brings joy to those around you.

As an accomplished pianist, I have composed music and recorded CD's for your listening enjoyment. I offer performances of almost any style or time period for weddings, funerals, dinner engagements, and nursing homes.

Beginner piano lessons are designed with students with little to no experience & who want to learn the basics of music theory and keyboard skills.

Intermediate piano lessons are offered to students who have been practicing the piano for several years and want to improve their skills.

Advanced piano lessons are for highly skilled pianists wishing to refine their technique or who plan to audition for music schools and competitions.

Creating a Passion for Piano

Private Lessons

Private Lessons are offered for all ages in my home, tailored to the skill level of the student. We provide multiple pianos for an enhanced learning environment. Lessons are held in Ann Arbor all days except for Wednesdays, which are held at the Steinway Piano Gallery in Commerce Charter Twp.

Virtual Lessons

Virtual Lessons are available. We have created a curriculum for learning remotely that students have adopted quite effectively. This gives us the ability to provide productive lessons regardless of location, so we have opened our virtual piano lessons to all, regardless of geography.

Recitals

Recitals are an important part of the piano learning experience for students. At our studio we offer two recitals a year to give the opportunity to play for others and promote growth.
